I’m a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist working at the intersection of CRM, marketing automation, AI tooling, and product prototyping. I build and optimize customer journeys, CloudPages, consent/audience logic, QA workflows, and internal tools for campaign operations. Outside work, I’m tinkering with AI-native products for marketers and technical teams, especially tools that reduce manual QA, improve governance, and make complex systems easier to operate.
